No deliveries to Russia and Belarus. 

All items are posted from our studio in new studio in Eu, Lithuania via LT Post/DPD/DHL (depending on your location) with tracking number (wherever possible) and signature will be required upon delivery in most cases.

Orders are processed within 1 working day after confirmation.

Delivery times are estimated by postal services of the selected countries. While Paul Ven can guarantee to dispatch all orders in timely manner without delays, however, cannot guarantee timely delivery as it is provided by postal services and your local postal services, not by Paul Ven. We are more than happy to answer any questions regarding delivery or help and advise you in an event of a postage delay. 

Returns and Exchanges: 

Returns registered from 15th December, 2020 will have to be returned to our new studio and office in continent Europe - Lithuania.

We personally hope you will love your item as much as we love them, however you are more than welcome to return your order/part of your order for whatever reason:

14 days after receipt of delivery - this is the time you have to make up your mind if you like an item or not and notify us using returns form on this website (click here)

28 days after receipt of delivery - timeline to send items back for exchange/refund.

Returned items have to be in original/unworn/brand new condition. Refunds will be submitted back to original payment method within 1 - 14 working days (depending on your banking provider). 

Return postage cost has to be covered by the buyer. 

Personalised/engraved items cannot be returned for exchange/refund.

Outside EU deliveries might be subject to import taxes. Please check with your local Customs Office for more information. 

You can personalise your purchase by engraving it. We engrave using fibre galvo or co2 laser systems depending on the material, hence the engraving is sharp, crisp and perfect (much better than cnc type engravings or diode lasers and gives much more creativity than punch engraving).

What can be engraved:

Your text/logo/wedding logo/icons like heart, smile etc.

Your own handwriting! (see below how to process with your handwriting*)

Your picture (currently unavailable, coming soon)

How to get your item engraved:

1.      Choose your favourite Paul Ven item, choose an option WITH ENGRAVING and add it to cart

2.      Think of what kind of engraving you would like to have. Leave your instructions under comments section during checkout (text, font name, any details you want to add).

3.      We will contact you if there are any further questions. If all clear – we will proceed with your order and will get it dispatched within 1 working day!

*How to get your handwriting engraved?

Same as above. In addition, we just need a picture of written message. Try to get it done on a white paper and take a picture in the best lighting condition you possible can. Send that picture to us via email with your order ID and that is it. 

How many words you can engrave?

Well, as many as you like :))) When thinking about your engraving always consider that this will be on the back of the watch, on the sunglasses arm. So yes, you can have 100 words engraved on the sunglasses arm, however it will be so small that no one will be able to see that. We usually advise:

Sunglasses arm: few words, short sentence or 3 - 5 words, initials etc

Wood watch back: we usually advise something short, up to 20 words, less if needed. However we have made engravings of 50+ words - clear, visible, small font.

Steel+wood watch back: design of this watch allows slightly less space for engraving, hence we would advise to have no more than 6 words (couple of extra can be alright).

What font can you engrave?

Any font, as long as it is available on MS Word or is free to download.
